I wanted to let you know how I was doing and thank you again for everything that you did for me. I was the gentleman from Bismarck, North Dakota who was heading into the bush for a 14 day raft/hunting trip and had the ringing (Tinnitus) in my ears. You fit me with hearing aids.
Well, because of your help I was able to complete my trip and enjoy the wilds of Alaska. My partner and I floated the river and hunted for Moose. Now the moose weren’t as cooperative as you but that really didn’t matter.
I can’t thank you enough for your truly professional and comforting manner by which you handled my problem and the expediency in which you were able to help. You are an immeasurable credit to your profession.
On arriving back in North Dakota, I have seen my own doctor and hooked up with a very capable Audiologist here in Bismarck. She will be able to work with me in the future and deal with my condition.
The Tinnitus seems a little better, probably due to much less anxiety. I think I can learn to live with it and hopefully it won’t get any worse. I have learned a lot about it since meeting you in your office.
